To enroll you will need company code IW2263
Don’t forget to sign up for your electronic W2 for the tax year 2011. You will have until January 2, 2012 to sign up to receive it electronically.
Otherwise, a hard copy will be mailed to your home address post marked no later than Jan. 31, 2012. So, don’t forget to update your address! If you have any question, please contact a member of the XMi HR Solutions team.

How do I register?
1) Go to www.w2copy.com
2) Click on the "EW-2" located on the left hand side of the screen
3) Enter the Company Code_____________
4) Enter User Name & Password
User Name____________________
Password_____________________
If entering the web site for the first time this year, please check the box.
5) Enter:
Name as it appears on your paycheck
Social Security Number
Valid E-Mail Address
6) Check the circle to have it e-mailed. If this is not checked it will
be mailed via US Postal Service.
7) Click the Submit Information button.
By January 31, 2012, you will receive an e-mail from w2@billingdoc.com stating that you have registered to receive an EW-2. You will need to click the link to confirm your e-mail address.
No Confirmation E-Mail? If you do not receive an e-mail confirming your registration, please check your junk mail and SPAM filter for an e-mail from w2@billingdoc.com. If you do not find it in either place, you will need to go back into registration to verify that you have entered a valid e-mail address. If you do not confirm your W2 will be mailed via US Postal Service.
